With more than 35 years of insurance industry experience, Rink joined Harford Mutual in 2009 and has served as Executive Vice President since 2021. During his tenure, he has helped guide the company's strategic growth and community engagement efforts.

Rink has previously served on The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region's Foundation Board and held leadership positions on its Governing Board, including Vice President and President. He also gives back through his volunteer work with Harford Family House, serving on the organization's Annual Golf Outing Committee.
