NumbersGame adds Stripe, Square and Ramp to its QuickBooks Online and Xero MCP for accounting firms using Claude or ChatGPT

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026
Multi-client accounting firms and fractional CFOs can now bring a client's payments, sales and spend into their own Claude or ChatGPT, next to the QuickBooks Online or Xero file, for month-end close and reconciliation, with a person approving anything that changes the books
NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NumbersGame (https://www.numbersgame.xyz/), the MCP that connects an accounting firm's own Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to every client QuickBooks Online and Xero file, today announced integrations with Stripe, Square and Ramp, and all three are open to every NumbersGame customer.
Revenue lands in Stripe or Square and spending runs through Ramp, and the books live in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Making those agree usually means exports, spreadsheets and re-keying. Now it happens in one conversation.
Stripe: prepare, review, then book. A firm connects a client's own Stripe account to the QuickBooks Online or Xero company it belongs to. Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can read charges, fees, refunds, payouts and subscriptions, then prepare period summaries, payout entries, and revenue-recognition and deferral journals. Each is a proposal until a person reviews it. If the Stripe data changes in between, the booking is refused as stale instead of quietly posting a different number, and a payout already in the bank feed isn't booked twice.
Square: sales and payouts into the ledger. A firm owner or administrator connects a client's Square account so Claude can book that client's Square sales and payouts into QuickBooks Online or Xero, using the accounts and classes the firm sets for each category. Claude can read payments, orders, payouts, catalog items, disputes, cash drawers, gift cards, customers, invoices and subscriptions. NumbersGame keeps a record of every period and payout it books, so nothing goes in twice. Changes inside Square itself (customers, invoices, subscriptions) only happen after a person confirms a preview.
Ramp: read-only, by design. Once the client's Ramp admin approves access, Claude can read card transactions, bills, reimbursements, receipts, statements, purchase orders and Ramp's accounting setup. NumbersGame never creates, approves, pays or changes anything in Ramp, and it doesn't keep copies of Ramp records.
"I've run a bookkeeping firm since 2011, and the month-end question is almost never inside QuickBooks. It's in Stripe, or in a Ramp receipt nobody attached. I tested the Ramp connection on my own firm's clients before we offered it to anyone else. Same rule as everything we build: Claude can prepare the work, but a person decides what goes on the books," said Anelya Grant, co-founder and CEO of NumbersGame.
Fractional CFOs are already using NumbersGame across multiple client books. "Every time I needed to audit our opex, update our financial models, or verify overdue AR, I had to log into multiple QBO accounts, one client at a time. Now I can ask Claude to pull the data and even run some of the modeling for me. A recent opex audit across three entities would normally have taken me a few days. With NumbersGame it was done in under two hours. It's one of the most powerful MCPs I have," said Nicole Jordan-Dahdal, CFO and Founder of PrismEdge.
What firms use NumbersGame for
Stripe, Square and Ramp sit on top of the work firms already run through NumbersGame across their client books. QuickBooks Online or Xero stays the system of record, and Claude prepares the work for an accountant to approve.
- Month-end close. Teams run the firm's own month-end close process across every client file: close checklists, proposed adjusting entries, flagged exceptions and a Close Report PDF, without logging in and out of each client.
- Reconciliation. Claude compares the general ledger to bank statement data and surfaces unmatched transactions. The point of reconciliation automation here is less manual assembly, so differences go to a reviewer instead of being cleared quietly.
- Bank feed. The QuickBooks Online bank feed is available to every firm. Each new bank connection starts at propose-only, so nothing posts until the firm widens it, and the firm sets its own confidence bar.
- Client reporting. Branded profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements come straight from the live ledger in the firm's own voice, so the client reporting and the books can't drift apart.
- Multi-entity reporting. Firms group related QuickBooks Online or Xero companies, review the intercompany eliminations Claude identifies, and run the consolidation from one prompt.
All three connect through OAuth on the provider's own sign-in screen, so NumbersGame never sees a password. Tokens are encrypted, and access follows the firm's existing roles.
Availability and pricing
Stripe, Square and Ramp are available to NumbersGame firms today. Each Stripe, Square or Ramp connection uses half a connection credit (a QuickBooks Online or Xero company uses one). Plans start at $59 a month, with a 14-day free trial, and run on the firm's own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Details on the Stripe accounting connector are on the NumbersGame site.
About NumbersGame
NumbersGame is an MCP for accounting firms, bookkeepers and fractional CFOs. It connects a firm's own Claude or ChatGPT to every client QuickBooks Online and Xero file, so a team can reconcile, close and produce client-ready reports in one conversation, with a person approving every write. Multi-client accounting firms use it for month-end close, reconciliation, bank feed coding, client reporting and multi-entity reporting, and fractional CFOs use it to check a client's books before they build a forecast. It's accounting automation for firms that want AI agents doing the preparation while an accountant makes the call, and it runs on the firm's own Claude or ChatGPT plan with no per-token charge from NumbersGame. It is listed in Anthropic's Claude connector directory. It was built inside AG Accounting (https://anelya.net/), the San Francisco bookkeeping and CFO firm Anelya Grant founded in 2011, which has served more than 1,500 clients. Numbers Game B.V. is based in Amsterdam, with a US subsidiary, and was co-founded by Anelya Grant and Michiel Janssen. Learn more at https://www.numbersgame.xyz.
