Ms. Humble is a distinguished C-suite executive and audit committee financial expert with more than 30 years of global finance, transformation, and governance experience. As the former Chief Accounting Officer for UPS—a Fortune 50 enterprise—she led global controllership spanning more than 200 legal entities, SEC reporting, enterprise transformation, and multi-billion-dollar M&A integrations. Ms. Humble currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Ecovyst, Inc. (NYSE: ECVT), holds a global board position with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and serves as Managing Director at Golden Seeds, investing in early-stage women-led enterprises.
